LEGISLATION & POLICY

ARIA is dedicated to ensuring that rail industry legislation is transparent, accessible, and conducive to growth.

By advocating for clear policies and regulatory frameworks, we help businesses navigate compliance while unlocking opportunities for local manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers.

Our goal is to create a level playing field where fair competition drives innovation and investment.

Through collaboration with government and industry stakeholders, we work to shape legislation that fosters inclusivity, sustainability, and long-term economic development in Africa’s rail sector.
